Shuyong 'Tyson' Chen became a Spinning® Master Instructor in 2020. He has a background in competitive swimming, winning several National titles, and he is also an accomplished outdoor cyclist - one of his biggest achievements was competing in the Taiwan KOM Wuling Pass Cycling Competition in 2019, completing the race in under 6 hours. In addition to his many years of road cycling and triathlon training and competing, Tyson is also a Trigger Point instructor and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
