Michal is a Master Instructor for the Spinning® program and the Chief of the Czech Spinning Team.He received certifications as an aerobics and indoor cycling instructor from the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic.Michal teaches Spinning lessons in three Spinning facilities in the Czech Republic. He is also a cycling trainer, leading winter workouts of cycling teams and training several individual BMX competitors.Additionally, Michal participates in road cycling races. He cooperates in scientific research in the field of physiology of live organisms.
