Karen Gorman, Spinning® Master Instructor | Australia

Karen was ‘born to ride!” Growing up in Australia, cycling was a way of daily life for her that soon turned into a passion. She is a competitive triathlete and completed her first Ironman in 2015. She has achieved many podium finishes in other shorter triathlons throughout her career, and she is also a triathlon Coach. Her true passion is with Spinning®, and her source of inspiration as a Master Instructor is to positively influence other instructors and assist them along their journey: “The Spinning® program is the perfect platform to pay it forward.
