Rose O' Donovan is a Spinning® Master Instructor based in the United Arab Emirates. She is a personal trainer with an MSC in Nutritional Science. She is also Yoga Alliance certified and holds a Neuro Pilates diploma, amongst many other health and fitness qualifications. She teaches for two other education-based companies, one specializing in personal training and the other in brain based fitness training. A native of Ireland, she has lived in Dubai, UAE, since 2010. She has studied for her Masters in weight management with the University of Chester and has over 10 years experience in the industry.
Rose used to be an open sea swimmer when she was living in Ireland, as well as a qualified mountain leader. Growing the Spinning® program in the UAE region to the highest level holds very high on her list of priorities.
